Cleaning By Knight was founded in 2006 by Bend locals, Cindy and Mike Knight. Over the years, the company has grown large enough to give you the
professionalism and dependability you’re looking for, yet small enough to offer a friendly, neighborly feel. We’re real people and we know what it’s like to bring
someone new into your home.

All CBK cleaners are trained by working in our own homes, so we understand the concerns you feel about having someone new come into your space.
Our goal is to help you to feel at ease while giving you the sparkling-clean home of your dreams. The CBK team is carefully screened, selected, and trained before
coming to your home.

We’ve been known to befriend your pets, and bring your packages inside from the porch, while delivering your custom clean that you’ll come to expect from the
friendly CBK team.

We use software that allows us to send you a reminder two days before we arrive, as well as a text message when we’re on our way and when we’re finished. You’ll always know when we’re coming.
You’ll know your cleaner’s name and they’ll show up right when you expect them — no waiting and wondering! You’ll always know when we’re coming.
You’ll typically see the same cleaner for each appointment and they usually work alone. A solo cleaner makes their way through your house knowing exactly what has been done. They don’t have to question whether something has already been cleaned or not, so they can be more thorough, and fewer areas are missed.
*Very large houses are assigned 2 people to their account to prevent our cleaner from being there all day.
Strong communication — if anything ever changes, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
We’re small enough to keep things neighborly and personalized, yet large enough to ensure your home is covered when your cleaning technician is out.
We’re flexible and allow you to tell us what you need rather than forcing you into an exact cleaning list.
We bring our cleaning supplies but are happy to use special products if you provide them.

We use green cleaning products as much as possible and rewash our mop pads and towels to eliminate the excess waste of disposable products.
